A puppy!

My boys are learning how to raise a puppy that arrived in the form of an early Christmas gift. It was time for them to have a puppy. They decided/agreed on the name "Gamer". Waylon really wanted to name him Turkey Gamer and Jameson agreed if he could shorten it to Gamer.

(His shelter name was Playdough).

We have our sweet Mako shark dog (also a rescue dog from The noah center), but he was adopted as a senior and he doesn't "play" the way a boy needs to play outdoors. Mako won't be left out and is enjoying the company.

This coming week "puppy training" will be a big part of our homeschool, as this will take a lot of time and patience on their part.

Every little boy needs a puppy!! I'm so thankful that Jameson and Waylon's energy is going into this cute little thing. Lots of running. Lots of playing. Lots of love!!
