Waylon wasn't having anything to do with Mommy riding without him. He insisted on riding...riding RIGHT NOW! (insert foot stomp) He LOVED every moment of the small circle Daddy made for us. He laughed and held the reins tightly.
It was a perfect day for so many reasons. My boys took time from their day to come play where Mom (Wifey) plays. They took the time, to spend time, doing what I love to do. Riding bareback. In the sunshine.
My beautiful friend Aly has her babies boarded not too far from us. We are able to help her out with a few things while she is moving. If you're a horse person, you know how important interaction with them is. We brush, clean their feet and ride. Thank You, Aly!! You have fed our souls.
