Sunshine in a sandbox

We played and played and played today on this beautiful day on the farm. There was so much to do around the property. We dug deep in the dirt, and instantly our fingers grew in love with it. I loved the look on my little boys face, knowing that he remembers what happens here in our garden. I also laughed at the disappointment as he looked through the strawberry plants to come out empty handed.

The sand in the sandbox is warm, and continues to stay dry with the fort built just overhead.

Tonka trucks are by far Waylon's favorite sandbox playmate.

The farm itself is out and about, sunning in the dirt...and fighting!
