I desperately needed a trip out of town and over the mountains! My husband gets out of town a lot more than I do so I'm sure there was some hesitation to get on the road again, but, without complaint he happily loaded up the truck and off we went.
Traveling over the North Cascades is always beautiful, topped with snow and grounded with wildflowers. It's almost as if we travel through time, hitting a few seasons along the way. From Spring, to winter and a then into a brightly colored summer.
Fun and adventure are always tied to our bumper!
